KEY RESULT AREAS
- Developing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reports for various clients.
- Carrying out Independent Assurance of ESG reports for various clients based on AA 1000 and ISAE 3000/ISSA 5000.
- Facilitating ESG trainings.
- Developing ESG Strategic plans and ESG Policies.
- Carrying out Environmental Impact Assessments for developmental projects (EIAs).
- Development and Implementation of SHEQ Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001).
- Planning, organising and facilitating Training programmes for various clients (industry, mining, construction) on safety, health, environment and quality management.
- Carrying out SHEQ Audits in industry, mining, construction and other related sectors.
- Implementing Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Technologies (RECP) and Energy Audits.
- Planning, organising and facilitating SHEQ Training Courses.
- Initiating Legal Compliance Evaluations (SHEQ).
- Carrying out Industrial Hygiene Surveys.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bsc and Msc in Environmental Management, Sustainability, SHEQ, Energy
Management, Occupational Safety and Health - 5 years’ experience in consultancy/industry/mining/construction
- Training on ESG Reporting e.g. Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), ESRS, CSRD
- AA 1000 Associate Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (ACSAP)
Certification - Internal and/or Lead Auditing Certificate in any of the following (ISO 14001, ISO 45001and ISO 9001
- Carbon Footprint Certification is an added advantage
- Experience in managing EIA Projects to the fulfillment of Environmental Management Agency (EMA) requirements.
- Has successfully guided companies to ISO certification e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Good team player
